Why are oceans salty? Where do waves come from? What marine life lives at the bottom of the sea? The ocean is extremely large, and full of wonderful surprises! In this awesome STEAM-based afterschool class, we will dive deep into marine science and explore underwater technology.

From sharks and dolphins, to underwater volcanoes, each week kids will have a blast learning about ocean ecosystems, fascinating sea creatures, and the importance of keeping our oceans clean. Through a variety of fun experiments, creative crafts and design projects kids will be inspired to protect our planet’s most important waters.

At Action Potential Lab, all of our classes are inquiry-based and draw on the interests and questions that inspire young minds. If you're a curious and creative kid who loves science, art, and creative design projects, this is the class for you!
