Research League: Tenure Track
As researchers on track towards great careers as innovative thinkers, it’s crucial to engage in hands-on experience. In this class, we’ll explore the field of Biological Art or “bioart,” an artistic discipline that takes inspiration from biology as material for artwork. Each week begins with a themed discussion highlighting collaborations between science and art. Topics range from microscopy and scientific imaging to ecology and genetics. Action Potential Lab promotes hybrid education as we repurpose scientific tools for our artistic outcomes.
