Science and art exploration isn’t just for kids! Join us at one of our ever popular Adult Workshops and test out experiments and play with other like-minded grown-ups. At this Workshop, we’ll be focusing on the delicious and mesmerizing science of Molecular Gastronomy. What’s that, exactly? It’s a food science that investigates physical and chemical transformations in cooking. 'Molecular Gastronomy' lets you create a virtually unlimited range of flavours, textures and forms: gels, foams, spheres, powders, emulsions, and more. The result is a cool new toolkit that adds creative possibilities to your culinary repertoire. Sounds delicious! It’s all about being playful in the kitchen and having fun with food.
We will be working with our insanely talented molecular gastronomy mixologist, Veronique Audette, to create liquid nitrogen ice cream and a unique array of toppings using methods like spherification and sugar spinning. Guests will also be creating a super special drink with dry ice. How’s that for the best, tastiest evening ever? We thought so!
