On Thursday, December 14th at 7:30pm, we are partnering with our friends at Ontario's own Muskoka Brewery to teach you to create that perfect holiday treat with delicious Muskoka Brewery beer.  See beer in a whole new (and yummy) light.

Learn from rising star of the Toronto mixology scene, Veronique Audette.

During this workshop, you'll be sampling a selection of beer styles from Muskoka Brewery, you'll be making delicious food creation in the lab using beer as an ingredient, and you’ll also get the recipe sheet to take home, so you can recreate it again and again.  Learn how to use beer ingredients to make nouveau food creations to wow your friends and be the star of your holiday party.

Muskoka Brewery
Nestled in the heart of Muskoka, Muskoka Brewery handcrafts premium beers as unique and refreshing as the region they’re from. Founders Gary McMullen and Kirk Evans kicked open the doors of Muskoka Brewery in June of 1996. Currently owned and operated by Todd Lewin and Bob MacDonald, what started as a very small and dedicated team has quickly grown to a passionate band of beer lovers more than 130 strong.



Veronique Audette
Veronique Audette's journey bartending and practicing mixology began working in the largest craft brewery in Canada, where she committed herself to learning the brewing process. As an artisan, she was keen on understanding the complex relationship between consumption, art and science. When this brewery launched biershnapps, a spirit distilled from beer, she was asked to create signature cocktails along with the distiller. This opportunity was the first to allow her to mix her passion for art and mixology and muddle fresh ingredients, bold flavours and authenticity. She now works independently as an entrepreneur and bar tender and is feeding her adventurous spirit through travel
