Veronique Audette, Mixologist
Veronique Audette's journey bartending and practicing mixology began working in the largest craft brewery in Canada, where she committed herself to learning the brewing process. As an artisan, she was keen on understanding the complex relationship between consumption, art and science. When this brewery launched biershnapps, a spirit distilled from beer, she was asked to create signature cocktails along with the distiller. This opportunity was the first to allow her to mix her passion for art and mixology and muddle fresh ingredients, bold flavours and authenticity. She now works independently as an entrepreneur and bar tender and is feeding her adventurous spirit through travel
