In honour of St. Patrick’s Day, Action Potential Lab will be hosting a workshop series that invites you to discover the history, culture, science and art of beer brewing. Taught by molecular biologist and beer-crafting enthusiast, Duane Hewitt, this two part workshop will be both informative and hands on. By the end of session one, each participant will go home with 1 gallon of wort to ferment back at home. Session two will be a time to meet back at the lab for a beer tasting and discuss the process of making your own home brew.
